Mindworkout is passionate about spreading scientific mental tools that contribute to sustainable people and organizations. We do this, among other things, in the appreciated format Mindworkout Breakfast, which this time is hosted by knowledgeable Eleonore Lind.

Everyone wants to feel good, at least if you ask the question, but not everyone knows how to do it. Over the last 20 years, research has been done on methods that are effective. We now know that some mental techniques are useful, like yoga. There has also been research into different styles of yoga to see what is actually useful. Stress-reducing yoga with trauma adapted (TAY) Swedish methods, is one such branch. It focuses on learning to better regulate the autonomic nervous system and in particular to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Elenore will talk about how to integrate stress-reducing yoga techniques to achieve greater well-being over time. It will be an engaging session mixing both theory and practice. No special clothing or equipment is needed. But plan to sit in a quiet place where you can close your eyes and do movements sitting on a chair.
