Welcome to celebrate Valentine's Day with us at Mindworkout by practicing the meditation Loving Kindness, also called Metta meditation 🧘 in a 15 minute Mindworkout session guided by our amazing meditation teacher Anki Blücher.

An open session where everyone is welcome on Valentine's Day dag❣️ A wonderful session that strengthens the ability to Self compassion for both beginners and experienced. Even you without membership are welcome!

Practical information
Plan to sit in an undisturbed place where you can close your eyes. You do not need a camera or microphone. The zoom link will be emailed about 10 minutes before the session starts. The email goes to the email address you provide when you book. Check your junk mail if you don't see an email.
