When you register with us by phone, email, online booking or visit, we will store your contact details in order to efficiently manage your bookings or other applicable services with us. We send newsletters to inform you of offers and current events. You can always unsubscribe from these via a link in our newsletters. Postal mailings also occur.
1.2 Newsletter subscription
Subscription to our newsletters is done on our website via a form linked to our e-mail system. The processing of your data takes place in this system, but it is still us within GWYM mindworkout AB who are responsible for your personal data. You can choose to unsubscribe from our mailings at any time.
1.3 Cookies and Google Analytics

We often take pictures and in some cases film sequences at the events we organise. These may be published on our website and/or social media channels without the consent of everyone in the image. If you wish to attend an event but not be photographed, please let us know when you register or at the event and we will respect your wishes.
When we choose to publish an image, we want it to serve a purpose and not be perceived as offensive or discriminatory to any individual or group. Nevertheless, if you feel that we have published an image or post that identifies you personally and that you are not comfortable with, please contact us and we will immediately remove the image both externally and internally.

We always handle data about you in a reliable manner and we do not share this data with third parties. However, we may disclose your personal data to suppliers who, for example, provide IT services, media selection or advertising for our business. Recipients who process personal data on our behalf must always enter into a so-called data processor agreement with us, in order for us to ensure that your data is processed in an accurate and secure manner.

6. MODIFICATION AND DELETION OF INFORMATION
If you believe that the information we have stored about you is inaccurate, please contact us and we will update it. Information that we no longer need is deleted on an ongoing basis. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, after any legal requirements no longer apply.
