Creating super teams is something I am really passionate about! Last Friday, the Environmental Office took its first steps on an exciting journey, with a kickoff around psychological safety, led by the amazing Caroline Spänner from Mindworkout. I feel incredibly grateful to grow and develop together with this wonderful team ♥️ The journey has just begun, and we have so much exciting and fun to look forward to!

According to scientific studies, psychological safety is the number one success factor for high-performing teams. It is also a great way to a higher Employee Index. It is simply difficult to find something better than psychological safety to invest in!
How Mindworkout helps its clients increase psychological safety
We start with an initial measurement of Psychological Safety, using a simple but well-established web-based measurement that is scientifically designed. By measuring the current situation, we get a picture of the need. This allows us to see the development over time by comparing with the results of a new measurement that we do at the end of the intervention.
Half-day kickoff with training, motivational and insight-generating exercises, discussions on psychological safety with scientific references, 7 criteria, tools, effects. Now the target group knows what psychological safety is and why it is important - this motivation is crucial to make the needed changes in behavior and mindset.
-Then it's time to move from words to action with the help of CultureLoops, where participants practice tools and mindsets they set themselves as goals in everyday life. They meet in small groups to reflect, discuss and set new goals. All according to a clear methodology and with several KulturLoops continuously on schedule. Small steps at a time, but continuously over a longer period of time give results.
-We meet again as a whole group in a Lessons learned for inspiring exchange of experiences.
Half-day training with deepening, practice and reflection in the 5 areas of competence and associated tools and behavior.
- The group develops a Social Contract and core processes to contribute to psychological safety.
-Measurement again after about 12 months.
