The City of Trollhättan ran a mental training program together with Mindworkout for three months. The program gave the participants new tools and knowledge every week with a focus on self-leadership and mental fitness.

Regular training sessions increased participants' self-awareness and self-compassion skills, which are key to managing stress and challenges.

The results showed a 28% increase in mental well-being and 47% improvement in stress management skills!

Participants also gave positive feedback, for example:
